We had to sell our home in 2007 and had a very successful experience. We listed our home with Jacque Baker of Prudential California Realty. We´ve been residents of Lake San Marcos since 2002 and had mixed feeling about selling our home. We had a beautiful home in this neighborhood, right on the golf course.
