The Lake San Marcos Community Association is a non-profit organization consisting of a Board of Directors made up of your fellow residents who work without compensation.  They are elcted for a period of two years.  Your Community Association works to improve and maintain the quality of life here at the Lake.

The Community Association appoints committees to interface with the Homeowners Associations, the Citizens Development Corporation, the local merchants, the LSM Security Patrol, residents with complaints, the County Government, the City of San Marcos and the local representatives of Congress, on behalf of our residents in dealing with issues that are of concern to us all.

Your Association office has for your convenience a copy machine; a paper shredder, a paper cutter, a fax machine, a list of service people available in the area and an office person ready to try and answer any of your questions.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm.

Membership is voluntary, but we urge you to help us maintain the level of support we are endeavoring to provide the community.  The cost is only $36.00 per year per household payable to the Lake San Marcos Community Association.

The Community Association is also responsible for the monthly publications of the "Quail Call" . This publication is free to Lake San Marcos residents.  If you would like to receive a copy of it or inquire about advertising in it please contact the Association office.
